Features that make charging handles nice to use are being large enough to grab on to, having texture “should your hands get… wet,” and having a concave shape that a finger naturally fits into. These three features make it far easier to use, particularly during training when hands get sweaty. As we know, shotguns are not drop safe and should not be kept with a round in the chamber. The Aridus Charging Handle gives far more positive purchase when running the action hard and fast to chamber a round, perhaps the most important aspect of using a shotgun for home defense/ self defense/ patrol, etc.

Unfortunately, to achieve all of these features is difficult, complicated, time consuming, expensive, and requires a very capable machine to do it properly. There’s a reason why there are no charging handles with all of those features… until now.
