At Aridus Industries, we want to provide our customers with predictable shipping costs and reliable delivery times. We utilize USPS Priority Flat Rate for all domestic orders. Most packages will arrive within 2-3 days from shipping.

Orders will typically ship the next business day and you will be emailed a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your order.

Returns/Canceling Your Order

Aridus Industries stands by the products we sell — if your item has a defect in material or workmanship: we offer full refunds or equal value exchanges within 30 days of purchase. We correct our shipping mistakes at no cost to you. Otherwise, be advised that returns/exchanges may be subject to restocking fees that at minimum cover shipping and credit card processing fees and up to 30% of the cost of the item (if sealed). Missing/Stolen Packages

Aridus is responsible for items up to the point of shipping, and once the order has shipped, it is the responsibility of the carrier to deliver in a timely manner to the address you’ve provided.

Aridus Industries is NOT responsible for any of the following situations:

  • Wrong address delivery due to incorrect input by the customer during the order process
  • Missing or stolen packages that track as being delivered
  • Damage to products during shipping or delivery*

We recognize that package theft appears to be on the rise, it is advisable to try to time your delivery to days when someone may be at home to receive the parcel. If your package is missing, and the carrier is showing as having delivered the parcel, contact the carrier first and the delivery person may be able to recall details about the delivery. Be advised, the carriers may require a police report if you intend to file a claim and are suspecting package theft. Please do so, as that may assist with reimbursement.

*Note: We do our best to pack your items securely. If you feel our packing was inadequate and resulted in damage to your items, please photo document the packaging and the product and email us at [email protected] so that we can assess the claim for reimbursement or replacement as soon as possible.

International Orders

At this time, Aridus Industries does not accept direct to consumer International orders. For Canadian orders, please contact us for a list of authorized dealers. For overseas orders, we encourage you to check out Brownells as they do a lot of international business and they carry many of our products.
